Utah Entrepreneur Challenge Becoming an Entrepreneur Hanko Kiessner, CEO of Packsize LLC As a part of the Utah Entrepreneur Challenge kick-off event, Hanko Kiessner speaks on his experiences becoming an entrepreneur. Hanko Kiessner was born in Germany and is one of the founders and CEO of Packsize LLC. He started his career in the European fanfold market and created a new business model which enables end-users to make their own corrugated boxes on demand. Having launched the Packsize system in Northern America he now resides in Salt Lake City with his wife and kids. Today, Packsize has operations in Sweden and Germany in addition to the United States. He received his MBA from the University of Utah with an emphasis in international business. Recorded September 18th, 2008, as part of the Utah Entrepreneur Challenge Educational Forums.

Technology Commercialization Office Four Questions for Startup Companies Todd Brady, M.D., Ph.D. Todd Brady, Principal of Domain Associates, discusses four questions for startup companies. Brady joined Domain Associates, a leading healthcare venture capital firm, in 2004. Prior to Domain, Dr. Brady was co-founder and CEO of Phenome Sciences, a biotechnology firm he merged with Xanthus Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Antisoma), where he was later Executive V.P. of Strategic Development and Planning. Dr. Brady also worked as head of business development and medical director at Aderis Pharmaceuticals (now UCB). While at Xanthus and Aderis, Dr. Brady was a medical consultant on numerous pre-clinical development projects and clinical programs in Phases I through IV. Earlier in his career, Dr. Brady was a senior associate at CB Health Ventures, a healthcare venture capital fund. Recorded September 9th, 2008, as part of Technology Tuesdays.
